This book is intended principally and primarily for Criminology students as a handy reference material in their subject “Criminal Law and Jurisprudence II.” The aim of this book is not to give the Criminology students “the perceptive intellectual endless opportunity to examine motivation and guilt in concrete terms” (like what the Russian literary giant Fyodor Dostoyevsky successfully accomplished in his novel Crime and Punishment [Simon & Schuster Paperbacks]), but to expose them (as the country’s future criminologists and law enforcers) to some specific crimes punishable under the Revised Penal Code (Book II) of the Philippines—with further regard to their respective elements.
